1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By accessing or purchasing, you represent that you are 18+ and that the products are for lawful personal use.

2. Products

All items are gently used personal clothing and accessories from the seller’s private collection. Descriptions, photos, sizes, brands, and wear levels are provided in good faith. No additional warranties are made beyond what is stated in each listing.

3. Payment & Orders

Payments are processed securely via CCBill. All orders are final upon payment confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped discreetly in plain, unmarked packaging. We use USPS and provide tracking when available. Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or customs issues once the item leaves our possession.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the intimate and personal nature of the items (used/worn apparel), all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted after shipment. Please review descriptions, photos, and sizing carefully before purchasing.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Site to harass, impersonate, or engage in illegal activities. We may terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cucle33’s Closet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or products.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
